By accessing or using ClinicalCompass (the "Service"), operated by Kuma Bio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClinicalCompass. By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor patient, you represent that you are their legal guardian.

ClinicalCompass is an informational platform designed to help connect patients with clinical trials. We are NOT a healthcare provider and do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The clinical trial matches and information provided through our Service are for informational purposes only. Always consult with your healthcare provider before making any medical decisions or enrolling in a clinical trial.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Kuma Bio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuma Bio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages related to medical decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
